Connie Champagne is Judy Garland in “Goodbye Yellow Brick Road,” a cabaret show featuring songs Garland might sing today. Featured songwriters include John Lennon, Elton John, Stephen Sondheim and John Cameron Mitchell. Performances are at 8 p.m. Friday and Saturday and 2 p.m. Sunday through Aug. 12 at New Conservatory Theatre Center, 25 Van Ness Ave., San Francisco. Tickets are $28.
