Robert Pattinson thinks ‘Twilight’ fans need more hobbies

“Twilight” star Robert Pattinson has channeled William Shatner’s famous “SNL” skit about Trekkies wherein he told them to “get a life.”

“Sometimes I ask myself what these masses of people do all day,” Pattinson tells The Huffington Post, referring to the rabid “Twilight” fan base. “They sit at their computers and comment on anything having even remotely to do with [the movie series].”

This isn’t the first time he has vampire-bit the hand that fed him. Last year he dissed the original book by Stephenie Meyer, saying, “When I read it, it seemed like a book that wasn’t supposed to be published.” We are really starting to like this guy.
