America’s Sweetheart Reese Witherspoon was arrested along with husband Jim Toth during a suspected DUI incident in Georgia on Friday. According to The Huffington Post, she is “deeply embarrassed” for her behavior, which really was quite legally blonde.

After being pulled over for allegedly swerving through lanes, Toth was arrested on suspicion of DUI, but Witherspoon was not having any of it. (Note: It helps if you read the following quotes with a Southern accent.)

“Do you know my name?” she reportedly told the police officer, after first calling into question his status as a law enforcement official. “You’re about to find out who I am,” she then warned him.

Reese was eventually arrested on charges of disorderly conduct. If her mug shot is any indication, she is indeed ashamed, because she hangs down her head and doesn’t even make eye contact with the camera. “I clearly had one drink too many,” she later said. Yup.
