Now that Jessica Simpson has finally admitted she’s pregnant, she’s also coming clean about the rumored postponement of her wedding to Eric Johnson. The expectant bride-to-be says they’ve put off their nuptials until after the baby is born.

“We were always going to wait [until] after the baby,” the singer-turned-designer tells Us magazine. “We flirted around with different dates before I found out I was pregnant, and thankfully we didn’t lock anything down.”

“I want to enjoy the day,” Jess explains. “I’m glad we didn’t make a deposit.”

The former “Newlyweds” star, divorced from Nick Lachey, got engaged to the former 49ers tight end after a six-month courtship. She announced her pregnancy on Oct. 31 with a picture of herself in a mummy costume — get it?

“I just didn’t want to be stressed out,” Jessica adds. “Now when I get stressed out it’s like 50 times worse. So I really want to enjoy that day, and now I get to have my baby with me.”

Congrats to Jessica — she seems very much in love and very excited to be a mom!

Kim Gets Klosure

Those of you romantics who hoped the true love between newlyweds Kim Kardashian and Kris Humphries would survive against all odds … well, we hope you’ve got a good spam filter, because otherwise you’ve probably already wired your credit card number to those nice people who emailed you about claiming your overseas lottery winnings.

The reality star sparked rumors of a reconciliation when she visited her soon-to-be-ex spouse of two months in his home state of Minnesota over the weekend — ironic, considering that her unwillingness to move there was said to be a major factor in their split.

But insiders tell TMZ that Kim made the trip to get closure, and that even though her feelings are mixed, her mind is made up about ending the two-month marriage.

Sources say the couple has “no conflicts” when it comes to the divorce terms. Which might just be the first time we’ve heard any inkling of them having something in common.

Madonna: Pariah?

Has Madonna been dumped by her A-list pals? A new report by the ever-reliable Star magazine claims the pop icon is now a pariah after celeb pals ditched her.

“Madonna doesn’t really have friends anymore,” a source declares to the tabloid. “She used to have a huge group who adored her. But now Gwyneth Paltrow, Stella McCartney, Beyoncé, Jay-Z, Kate Hudson, Fergie and everyone else have dumped her.”

What prompted the freeze-out? Per the source, Her Madgesty got a little too close to Gwynnie’s hubby, Chris Martin.

“Madonna got a little too flirty with Chris, and the tension spilled over to her relationship with Gwyneth,” relays the insider. “When Gwyneth’s relationship with Madonna soured, so did everyone else’s. She got her friends in their circle to dump her too. And now Madonna’s really lonely because of it.”

This “report” sounds a bit like it could have come from a high school cafeteria. We’re not buying it.
