Playboy Bunny’s lawsuit against Sammy Hagar dismissed

Red Rocker Sammy Hagar has won a defamation suit that a former Playboy Bunny brought against him.

The woman, known as “Jane Doe,” accused Hagar of impregnating her in the 1980s, though she says the baby died soon after it was born.

No paternity tests were ever done and, according to The Huffington Post, the pair reached a legal settlement in which Hagar said he would pay her during the pregnancy as long as she kept quiet about her belief that he was the father. But later, in the musician’s memoir, he accused her of being an extortionist who was either never pregnant in the first place, pregnant with someone else’s baby or had an abortion but hid that fact in order to keep getting paid.

A judge has now dismissed the whole sordid lawsuit and Hagar is reportedly “very pleased.” Mas tequila!
