Former “Survivor” contestant Colby Donaldson dines in San Francisco on “Rachael Ray,” airing at 9 a.m. on KPIX (Ch. 5). He goes on two types of dates — “splurge” and “bargain.” In Chinatown, he participates in a private dim sum cooking class at Imperial Palace restaurant; later he heads to Vino Venue for wine tasting on a budget. Other stops are for happy hour with caviar at Tsar Nicoulai, as well as visits to Fisherman’s Wharf and a farmer’s market.
