The Mark Foehringer Dance Project presents its 12th home season. The troupe world premieres “Bitter Fruit,” a dance set to music by Steven Reich and John Adams.

Performances are at 8 p.m. Friday and Saturday Cowell Theater, Fort Mason Center, Marina Boulevard and Buchanan Street, San Francisco. Tickets are $20.
