Just as predicted in Scoop, Miley Cyrus is attempting to clean up her oversexed dingbat image by putting out a heart-to-heart interview wherein she admits to human frailty and her dedication to her craft.

“Miley: The Movement” airs Wednesday night on MTV, and in it she admits she is a “hot mess,” but she says it’s “strategic.”
