Now that season four of “The Real Housewives of New Jersey” draws to a close, let us carefully digest the implications.
First, we have the revelation of Melissa Gorga’s alleged stripper past. Bada-bing! Then, we found out that Jacqueline Laurita’s son has been diagnosed with autism, which will still make him better behaved than her spoiled brat daughter, Ashley.
Celebrity Birthdays
- Actor Efren Ramirez (“Napoleon Dynamite”) is 39.

- Actress Lorraine Bracco (“The Sopranos”) is 58.

Like a Disney cartoon, this show is only as good as its villain, and Teresa Giudice fit the bill admirably by plotting, back-stabbing, and lying (as well as possibly aiding her husband in committing a felony). Now she’s even accused Jacqueline of stripping too.
Giudice is sort of the Pinocchio of Bravo, only instead of her nose growing when she fibs, another layer of bronze makeup appears on her face. But herein lies the problem with good reality TV: the worse someone gets, the more fun they are to watch — but the less anyone wants to do with them on the series (see Danielle, season one).
According to Radar, Bravo just may solve this problem by giving the Giudices their own show. And don’t worry, if things get too dull in Jersey, Bravo is reportedly scouting housewives in that other den of iniquity known as Santa Barbara.
THERE’S A LEER IN MY BEER
Country star Jason Aldean says he got dag-gone drunk last week, and that’s why he was caught on camera making out with “American Idol” contestant Brittany Kerr in Hollywood. Trouble was, in true C&W fashion, he’s already dag-gone married to his high school sweetheart, and they have two daughters named Keeley and Kendyl.
The honkeytonk badonkadonk set didn’t take too kindly to the infraction, and riddled his Facebook page with verbal hair pulling and gnashing of teeth. But none of that matches up to Kerr’s Twitter account, which she had to take down completely after being inundated with messages like, “skank,” “tramp” and “homewrecker,” according to TMZ.
Here’s our favorite Facebook quote: “What is wrong with you taking advantage of a married man while he was drinking?”
