Well, the whole Brooke Mueller, Charlie Sheen and Denise Richards custody kerfuffle just got decidedly darker.

Richards, who has been caring for Mueller and Sheen’s kids while Mueller tries to get her act together, reportedly filed papers with the Los Angeles Department of Children and Family Services, describing the 5-year-old twins’ seriously disturbing and abusive behavior — which we won’t go into here.

According to TMZ, Richards no longer wants guardianship of the boys, at least in part because their behavior is especially bad after they visit their mother.

Let’s hope these kids can find some stability in their lives.Brooke MuellerCharlie SheenDenise RichardsFeaturesGossip
