Residents ordered to shelter in place after transformers blow

A shelter-in-place order was given for residents in the vicinity of the southeast corner of San Francisco’s Cow Hollow neighborhood Friday night after two transformers blew in the area, according to fire officials.

The explosions were reported by fire officials at 6:55 p.m.

One building is without power. No one has been injured and a PG&E crew is on the scene.
