Power outages reported in West Portal, Forest Hill

PG&E is reporting that power outages are taking place west of Mt. Davidson in San Francisco, affecting parts of the West Portal and Forest Hill neighborhoods.

The outage is affecting around 1,000 people. PG&E predicts it will be repaired by 8 p.m.

It has not been confirmed, but the outages may be related to a big rainstorm currently hitting the Bay Area. The National Weather Service has reported gusts of wind up to 42 mph across The City.
