BART riders were seeing 10- to 20-minute delays Wednesday morning between San Francisco and all East Bay locations because of a track-switching problem at Embarcardero station, a BART dispatcher said.
The problem was reported at about 8 a.m.
“There is a major delay at Embarcadero in the SFO, Millbrae, Daly City and East Bay directions due to an equipment problem on the track,” reads a post on the 511.org transit website.
