The San Francisco Medical Examiner’s office identified the 25-year-old man who died in a car crash Tuesday night as Yongze Wei, a San Francisco resident. According to police, Wei was driving along Sunset and Lake Merced boulevards at about 10 p.m. when his car hit a curb; he was ejected from his car and pinned by the vehicle, police said.Wei was removed by fire crews and eventually pronounced dead at San Francisco General Hospital.Medical authorities waited to release Wei’s name because his family was out of the country and had not been notified. Muni trains experienced a 65-minute delay this afternoon after police were called to remove a man from the tracks at the Powell station.Train service resumed at roughly 1:30 p.m. after police finished their investigation.
