Closing arguments given in Mission rape trial

Frederick Dozier Jr. is a “monster” who should be found guilty of three 2011 Mission rapes, prosecutor Marshall Khine told jurors during the closing arguments of Dozier’s trial Monday. The vicious rapes were committed “for no reason other than to satisfy his sadistic perversions,” Khine added. Dozier has pleaded not guilty to 26 charges in connection with three horrific sexual assaults that occurred last year along 24th Street on June 17, Nov. 18 and Dec. 8. All the attacks occurred within a mile of Dozier’s home at 1440 Treat Ave., Khine said. Read More
