These types of withdrawals are not allowed at ATMs. San Mateo County sheriff’s deputies are searching for a man who dropped his pants and exposed himself in front of a woman using a bank machine in San Carlos on Tuesday. The woman said she using a bank machine in Wheeler Plaza, between the 600 blocks of both Laurel and Walnut streets, when the suspect exposed himself. Mob of gangsters stab men 20 minutes apart

Swarms of blood-thirsty gang thugs were apparently prowling the Mid-Market and Tenderloin districts with knives Wednesday night, leaving police to investigate two separate stabbings within a 20-minute period. The violence began at about 9:10 p.m. when a group of 15 males and females surrounded a 22-year-old man at the corner of O’Farrell and Jones streets. A drunken man was stabbed after bumping into another man in the Mission District Tuesday night, police said. The 50-year-old victim was reportedly heavily intoxicated while walking in the 2800 block of Mission Street, near the 24th Street BART station, when he bumped into a 45-year-old man who was wearing a sun hat. The two men got into an argument, and the victim ended up with a stab wound. Police responding to a call about a dog bite in the Bayview district last weekend encountered something even worse: a human. At 2:12 p.m. Sunday in the area of Underwood Avenue and Keith Street, a 55-year-old woman told cops, the most vicious dog in her neighborhood was actually her son’s friend, Terrell Wilson, 42, of San Francisco. A man brought to the hospital with a stab wound on his arm told police he was attacked outside a Polk Street nightclub early Tuesday. At about 1:30 a.m., according to the 22-year-old man, he was outside the club Noble, which is located between Turk and Eddy streets, when he got into an argument with four men. San Francisco restaurant victim of arson; man detained but released

Police are hunting for those responsible for an arson incident last weekend at a Financial District restaurant. The one-alarm fire broke out at 7 Pleasures California Grill & Bakery at 554 Commercial St., which is about a block from the Transamerica Pyramid building. A recycling center located across the street from the Lowe’s home improvement center in the Bayview was robbed at gunpoint Saturday morning, police said. An office in downtown San Francisco was reportedly burglarized in the middle of the workday Thursday, the second such heist in a week. About 1:30 p.m., an unidentified man reportedly walked into a fifth-floor office at 27 Maiden Lane, near Kearny and Market streets, while employees were in a meeting. “The man was able to walk around inside of the unlocked office for several minutes before he was spotted,” according to Central Station police. Jealousy fuels baseball bat attack in San Francisco park

A man who was hit with a baseball bat in a Western Addition park on Tuesday was accused of striking out with the assailant’s girlfriend, police said.The attack reportedly occurred at Raymond Kimball Playground near Geary Boulevard and Steiner Street at about 4:45 p.m.The victim had been drinking all day with the couple, police said, even though he had only known the pair for one day.At one point the girlfriend accused the victim of hitting on her.
