Two people were injured, one of them seriously, in a stabbing Monday evening near Zuckerberg San Francisco General Hospital.
The victims, a 25-year-old man and a 34-year-old man, were approached by two male suspects in their late teens around 6:20 p.m. in the 1000 block of Potrero Avenue between 22nd and 23rd streets.
The suspects argued with the victims, then left the scene and returned with a third man.
During the subsequent fight, one suspect stabbed both men before fleeing with his companions.
The younger victim suffered life-threatening injuries in the attack, while the second victim is expected to survive his injuries. Both were taken to the hospital for treatment.
No arrest had been reported as of this morning and police did not release detailed descriptions of the suspects.
