American Red Cross volunteers are providing assistance at a four-alarm fire at the Squat and Gobble West Portal restaurant in San Francisco that is still burning this morning. The fire was reported around 4:40 a.m. at 1 and 9 W. Portal Ave and was not under control as of 9:30 a.m., San Francisco fire officials said.
