Millbrae Planning Commission member and 28-year resident Wayne Lee announced Wednesday he is running for City Council. Lee has served on the commission for five years. He helped establish the Millbrae Education Foundation, and teaches and mentors teens through the Lions Club, coaches AYSO soccer and has organized the Lunar New Year parade for the past four years.
