Authorities are probing the death of a San Francisco man found lying on a rain-battered sidewalk in the Tenderloin on Saturday. Tenderloin homeless outreach officers said they discovered Raymond Leong, 62, of San Francisco, on Geary Street near Van Ness Avenue around 8 a.m., police spokesman Lt. Troy Dangerfield said Monday. A cold rain drenched the semi-conscious Leong, who was having trouble breathing, Dangerfield said.
