A motorcyclist who was arrested Tuesday after leading authorities on a pursuit across the Bay Bridge and then crashing in San  Francisco has been identified by the California Highway Patrol as 30-year-old Steven Stanford Jr. The crash was reported at 12:17 p.m. Tuesday at Fifth and Harrison streets in the South of Market neighborhood.
