Crime really doesn’t pay as criminal trio reaps $5

A trio of thugs earned about $1.65 apiece when they stabbed and robbed a man as he left a Tenderloin corner store Tuesday night, police said. The chumps’ change heist occurred near Turk and Jones streets about 11:35 p.m., police Sgt. Michael Andraychak said.
