Like other California cities, San Francisco is about to get hit by massive cuts at the state level. The current California budget proposal does not include the cuts that will be necessary without revenue measures. The potential for an “all-cuts budget,” to be released around May 14 by Gov. Jerry Brown, will have immediate implications.
