A 13-year-old boy robbed a 7-year-old of his prized Christmas gift - a battery-powered scooter - in the Bayview district Sunday afternoon, police said.The teenaged suspect grabbed 7-year-old Xavier Abram's neck, pushed him off the scooter and then rode off with the wheels around 4:15 p.m., police Lt. Troy Dangerfield said Monday. Abram had been riding the scooter on Oakdale Avenue near Ingalls Street, which is close to his home, he said.
