A San Francisco man has been arrested on suspicion of robbing a bank in downtown San Rafael last week, police said Monday. Jeremiah C. Martin, 36, was arrested at his Sixth Street apartment about 10 p.m. Saturday, police said. Man found dead on BART train last week identified

A passenger who died on a BART train last week has been identified by the San Francisco medical examiner's office as 32-year-old San Rafael resident Thomas Fisher. Fisher was found on a Richmond-to-Millbrae train after passengers reported a man slumped over in one of the cars just after 2:30 p.m. last Tuesday, BART spokesman Jim Allison said. Police are looking for the woman after she reportedly followed two 13-year-old boys who were walking home in San Anselmo on Wednesday.
