Hells Angel pleads not guilty in San Mateo shooting

A Hells Angels biker has been indicted on charges that he opened fire on a Daly City home last year, nearly striking two children, while hunting a rival gang member. Investigators say 24-year-old Dionicio Rafael Lopez picked the wrong house July 24, 2011, when he fired two shots at it. A 24-year-old man living in his mom’s South San Francisco apartment is being charged with setting fires near her complex and then trying to help firefighters put them out.Authorities said Decorius Boglin fled to Alabama in fall of 2010 after police discovered he was an arsonist as well as a deranged wannabe superhero.Boglin was extradited back to San Mateo County in September of last year, prosecutors said.
