The pee-parazzi has been ordered by a judge to stay at least 150 yards away from Supervisor Scott Wiener. Michael Petrelis, a blogger and gay-rights activist who has been a vocal critic of Wiener’s policies, was given the order Wednesday after he pleaded not guilty to a misdemeanor count of disorderly conduct.
