Police are hunting for a cowardly crook who attempted to rob a woman who was pushing a stroller in the Inner Richmond district Monday night. The woman was walking with the stroller in the 600 block of Arguello Boulevard, which borders Rossi Park, about 7:35 p.m. when she felt someone tugging at the purse on her shoulder, according to the Richmond Police Station.
