A female body was found burning in Oakland’s Rockridge neighborhood this morning, a police spokeswoman said.Police received multiple calls reporting the body at Ivanhoe and Chabot roads at around 4:40 a.m., Officer Holly Joshi said.Investigators were unable to determine the victim’s age and race due to the extent of burns and injuries, Joshi said.
