Pro surfer Kelly Slater won his 11th world title Wednesday during a surfing event at San Francisco’s Ocean Beach.Slater, 39, clinched the Association of Surfing Profession World Title during the second day of the event. He beat out Australian surfer Dan Ross in a heat to advance out of the third round of the contest.
