A woman detained Thursday for allegedly shoplifting in the Ingleside District told officers she was pregnant and had to go to the hospital, but once there, tried to duck out an exit, police said.Officers responded to St. Luke’s Hospital at about 7:15 p.m., where the alleged pilferer had been transported after complaining of stomach pain from her pregnancy, Ingleside police said.
