Customers at a Peet’s in Belmont got quite a jolt Tuesday after a dispute in front of the coffee shop between two men escalated into a brutal crowbar attack.The El Camino Real shop was buzzing with customers when a 33-year-old man was struck with the metal tool about 11:35 a.m., police said.
