A motorcyclist who was killed in a crash early Sunday morning in San Francisco’s Outer Sunset neighborhood has been identified by the Medical Examiner’s Office as Ryan Sitko.Sitko, a 23-year-old San Francisco resident, was riding a motorcycle east on Judah Street at about 1:40 a.m. Sunday when he struck a center median at 39th Avenue and flipped over, police said. A hammer-wielding thug attacked a 37-year-old man after a dispute in the Outer Sunset district on Wednesday, police said.The victim told cops the thug “made a derogatory gesture at him” in the 2500 block of Sloat Boulevard around 7:40 a.m. The victim got out of his car to confront the suspect, who was in his early 40s, police said.The suspect whipped out a hammer and struck the victim in the left ear, police said.
