A motorcyclist who was killed in a crash early Sunday morning in San Francisco’s Outer Sunset neighborhood has been identified by the Medical Examiner’s Office as Ryan Sitko.Sitko, a 23-year-old San Francisco resident, was riding a motorcycle east on Judah Street at about 1:40 a.m. Sunday when he struck a center median at 39th Avenue and flipped over, police said.

A 63-year-old Outer Sunset district man was rudely awakened Friday when burglars busted into his in-law unit and pulled the sheet off his bed, police said. The man was asleep in the 1500 block of 44th Avenue around 11:30 a.m. when the two bandits gained access to the home through the front gate, police said.

A hammer-wielding thug attacked a 37-year-old man after a dispute in the Outer Sunset district on Wednesday, police said.The victim told cops the thug “made a derogatory gesture at him” in the 2500 block of Sloat Boulevard around 7:40 a.m. The victim got out of his car to confront the suspect, who was in his early 40s, police said.The suspect whipped out a hammer and struck the victim in the left ear, police said. He fled, and there has been no arrest.

A Muni N-Judah light-rail train struck a car that ran a stop sign in the Outer Sunset neighborhood of San Francisco on Thursday, sending a female driver of the vehicle to the hospital.The accident occurred around 2:30 p.m. at the corner of 24th and Judah Street, according to Muni spokesman Paul Rose.A passenger vehicle was travelling on 24th Avenue trying to cross Judah.
