The brother of a man killed in a recent shooting that involved San Francisco police in the city’s Bayview district has been arrested in connection with a murder in Seattle, police said today. Ondrell Harding, 21, was arrested Tuesday night south of Seattle as a suspect in the beating death of a 50-year-old man in Seattle on Saturday, Seattle police Detective Mark Jamieson said.
