16-year-old beaten, grandma robbed in Mission

A 16-year-old’s tooth was knocked out and his 78-year-old grandmother was robbed of her purse Thursday night after two teenage punks attacked them in the Mission district, police said. Attempting to save a woman from a violent thug in the Civic Center area Sunday night earned two men stab wounds, police said, and afterward the woman simply left without so much as a thank you.
