A 66-year-old cabbie was pistol-whipped multiple times and robbed by his passengers in the North of the Panhandle neighborhood Sunday morning, police said.The cabbie was attacked at Grove and Lyon streets around 4:10 a.m.At least two of the crooks, described only as men in their early-to-mid 20s, struck the victim with their handguns, police said.They fled with $120.The condition of the cabbie was not immediately known. There has been no arrest.
