Residents will be celebrating all things bicycle-related in downtown Livermore on Tuesday to kick off stage four of the Amgen Tour of California.The bike tour started in Nevada City on Monday and is scheduled to end in Thousand Oaks on May 22.Stage four of the tour is set to start in Livermore at 11:45 a.m. on Wednesday.
