A woman was hospitalized Thursday night after being struck by Muni’s M-Ocean View train in the Sunset district.The accident occurred at 7:25 p.m. near the intersection of 19th Avenue and Randolph Street, according to the San Francisco Police Department. The woman, 19, suffered head trauma as a result of the accident and was transferred to the San Francisco General Hospital, where she was in serious but stable condition, police said.

Underground light-rail service is recovering from a 15-minute delay after a collision between a Muni train and passenger vehicle occurred just outside the West Portal station.A passenger vehicle was turning left just outside the tunnel at West Portal when it was struck by an outbound M-Ocean View light rail vehicle, according to San Francisco Municipal Transportation Agency spokesman Paul Rose.The driver of the car was transported to the hospital with minor injuries.
