Man just says no, gets beaten by drug-dealing thugs with bats

Just say no to thugs. A man was beaten with a metal bat for refusing to buy narcotics from pushers in the Tenderloin early Tuesday, police said. The victim, a 47-year-old resident of the area, suffered a broken hand while trying to stave off the bat's blows in the 400 block of Leavenworth Street, San Francisco police Sgt. Daryl Fong said.
