This fired-up tenant was apparently not bluffing on Friday when he allegedly threatened to burn down his landlord’s home.
Just before 11 p.m., the landlord of a home in the 400 block of Alameda Avenue in Half Moon Bay called San Mateo County sheriff’s deputies, saying a tenant was sending him threatening text messages. Lars Ehlers, 50, allegedly threatened to burn down the landlord’s home after being told he was being evicted, deputies said. Read More
The former landlord of a problematic Visitacion Valley home has been accused of the vicious beating of a tenant and shocking two other people with a Taser in an earlier incident, police said.
On Wednesday, Bo En Liu, 35, of San Francisco was booked on charges of assault with a deadly weapon after he brought at least five thugs and a shovel to carry out a revenge smack-down at the two-unit property at 4150 San Bruno Ave., according to Ingleside Police Station officers. Read More
