A San Francisco man was fatally shot in Hayes Valley on Tuesday night, just two blocks away from where an innocent bystander was wounded in November, police said.   Byron Beasley, 24, was found in the 700 block of Grove Street about 7:50 p.m. He had been shot in his torso and leg, and died later at a hospital.
