The ex-boyfriend of former 49ers offensive lineman Kwame Harris says he’s not a gold digger.
Dimitri Geier, whose abuse allegations have the former first-round draft pick possibly facing prison time, has apparently lashed out at a defense attorney’s claim that he is money-grubbing.
A post on a Facebook page that appears to be associated with Geier read: “his lawyer is spinning the money issue, cause they are going for self defense.”

Former 49ers offensive tackle Kwame Harris is facing up to nine years in prison on charges that he beat up his ex-boyfriend outside a Menlo Park restaurant last summer during an argument over soy sauce and underpants, prosecutors said.
On Monday, Harris appeared in court for a pretrial hearing on charges of felony domestic violence and assault causing great bodily injury in connection with the Aug. 21 incident at Su Hong restaurant.

A convicted child molester’s sentencing was delayed by almost two weeks after San Mateo County sheriff’s deputies brought him to the wrong courthouse.
About 9 a.m. Friday, prosecutors said, Judge Clifford Cretan was prepared to sentence 56-year-old Ronald Morales for possessing an “enormous cache” of child pornography, but deputies never arrived with him.
