Joel Ramos embraced by the Board of Supervisors

Transit activist and Muni rider, Joel Ramos had his appointment by Mayor Ed Lee to the San Francisco Municipal Transportation Agency Board of Directors confirmed Tuesday by the Board of Supervisors in a 10-0 vote. Ramos, who lives in the Sunset district, is a community planner with TransForm, a regional transit advocacy organization.
