Authorities said a drunken man who was urinating at the back of a building in Half Moon Bay on Sunday exposed himself to a woman who caught him red-handed.
Sheriff’s deputies responding to the 500 block of Kelly Avenue about 7:45 p.m. determined that the man was “too intoxicated to care for himself.”

He just couldn’t help it. Bayview police are investigating the case of a flasher who on Tuesday exposed himself to a woman. The 38-year-old victim was walking in the 2000 block of Jerrold Street when the creep walked across the street toward her, police said. As he approached, he dropped his drawers and exposed himself. He then grabbed himself and said, “I can’t help it,” while walking toward the victim, police said.
