Transient stabbed in battle for Buena Vista Park

A man was stabbed in the back in Buena Vista Park on Wednesday during an argument over “who the park belonged to,” police said. Officers reportedly responded to the public park bordering Haight Street at about 9:30 a.m. and found the 23-year-old man suffering from a stab wound that was not life threatening. Read More

Parking dispute victim too focused on boobs

What a boob! A man whose car was rammed during a parking dispute in the Upper Haight on Tuesday certainly got a good look at the other driver, as he reportedly had a lot to say about the suspect’s breasts. Police were called to Haight and Cole streets just after 5 p.m. about the parking dispute. The victim said the suspect fled after striking his car with hers. Police are hunting for two thugs who beat up a homeless man and stole his dog in the Upper Haight about 8:15 p.m. Tuesday. The victim, 51, told police he was walking near Haight and Cole streets when two younger men attacked him. The suspects fled with the man’s dog, police said.
