A woman whose phone was swiped on Muni was strangled after she tried to hunt down the robber early Thursday, but was saved by a fellow passenger, police said.The 31-year-old victim chased two suspects off the bus at Ninth and Mission streets just before 2 a.m. One of the suspects pushed the woman against a wall and began to strangler her, police said.
