A man just said no when he found a 2-pound bag of marijuana unattended on a Richmond district sidewalk early Wednesday.The apparently clear-headed citizen was walking by the bus stop on Fulton Street near 16th Avenue about 4:35 a.m. when he spotted the bag on the sidewalk, police at Richmond Station said Thursday.The bag had a tear on it and he could see marijuana inside, police said.

An irate driver hurled a rock through the window of a car stopped in traffic near the University of San Francisco campus Tuesday.The victim told cops the driver had followed his car from Ellis and Divisadero streets at around 3:30 p.m. The driver threw the rock at Stanyan and Fulton streets.
