A man who was struck and killed by a Caltrain on Wednesday night in Mountain View has been identified by the Santa Clara County Medical Examiner’s Office as Cecil Joseph Bloch.Bloch, 63, was a Mountain View resident and his death appears to have been a suicide, according to the Medical Examiner’s Office.Bloch was struck by a southbound train on the tracks south of the San Antonio station at about 6:50 p.m., a Caltrain spokeswoman said.
