Police are hunting a gunman in the cold-blooded killing of a 23-year-old man on an East Palo Alto sidewalk Monday.Jabari Banford suffered multiple gunshot wounds in the 2500 block of Avenue at 8:50 p.m. Officers found him lying on the sidewalk.
