Driver in custody, city employee's vehicle dinged in tow truck tiff

A determined driver who unsuccessfully attempted to stop his car from being towed when it was already hooked up to a tow truck ended 
up being arrested on vandalism charges. A Department of Parking and Traffic employee was called to Natick Street, a narrow street just north of the Glen Park BART station, around 9 p.m. Nov. 18 on a report that the Audi was blocking traffic.
